Our waiter was very helpful with explaining and helping us make our selections! Restrooms were clean and the resturant was beautiful!!! The best part...they had ac!! lol Everyone loved their food,including my picky eaters! We will definitely be back next time we are in San Diego! ”

“ Get the spicy black pepper beef !!! Came here and was in the Encinitas area wanted to see what Chins was all about. Me and my buddys came here and shared our food. We got the black pepper beef, imperial shrimp plate with scallops, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, imperial noodle soup, crispy chicken dumplings and white rice. My favorite was the spicy black pepper beef. So yummy. 2nd was the orange chicken, 3rd was the walnut shrimp. Lots of seating inside, restaurant was clean and well taken care of. Our server helped us with the menu. Everything was great cant wait to come back ! ”
